These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bharat4upay’ digital software platform for payment collection, money transfer, and related services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the services immediately.

1. Introduction

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Bharat4upay ("we," "our," or "us"). The platform provides services for Fintech Solutions For Invoicing, Billing, payment system, Payout, Others Business Solutions in India Only

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

Users must register an account to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Our platform must be used only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the services for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal transactions. Any misuse may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

We provide Solutions to collect payments via UPI,Payment Link,Virtual Account,QR Code. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment requests. Payments are considered final once processed unless otherwise agreed between the parties involved.

Payout via UPI, IMPS, or NEFT are processed instantly. Bharat4U is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient’s bank or network failures beyond our control. Transaction limits apply as per regulatory guidelines.

Refunds are subject to the policies of the merchant or recipient. Bharat4U is not liable for disputes between users regarding refunds or chargebacks. Any fraudulent chargebacks will lead to account suspension.

Users must comply with all applicable local and national laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. We reserve the right to request additional documentation for compliance purposes.

We prioritize the security of your data and transactions. By using the platform, you agree to our data collection and processing practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy. All transactions are encrypted and secured.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for violations of these Terms, including fraudulent activities or non-compliance with regulations. Any remaining balance will be withheld or refunded according to applicable laws.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

We strive to maintain high platform uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily disrupt access to the platform. We will provide advance notice for planned downtimes.

The platform may include third-party payment gateways, banking services, or APIs. We are not responsible for the functionality or accuracy of services provided by these third parties. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

You agree to use the platform responsibly and avoid actions that may harm other users, merchants, or the integrity of the system. This includes refraining from fraudulent activities, unauthorized access, or reverse-engineering the software.

All content, trademarks, and software used on the platform are the property of Bharat4upay or its licensors. You are granted a limited license to use the services but may not copy, modify, or redistribute the software without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in NADIA.West Bengal, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through email or platform notifications. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bharat4upay harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
